MTN considers UX Design to be critical to the success of the business. The UX designer is responsible for driving MTN’s design vision and executing innovative & highly converting user experience designs for its online gaming product line. The UX Designer will have the ]opportunity to utilize the cutting edge of design trends and UX development technologies, and to work closely with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and prototype user interface designs for the players. The ideal candidate must be creative, self-directed, data driven, a fast learner, and flexible enough to work on concurrent projects.

Desired Skills and Experience
4 years UX design for desktop and mobile
Team player, comfortable with rapid iteration process and working within a small fast paced team/startup
Demonstrated strength in creating an intuitive user experience for multi-persona applications
Track record of producing UI designs that led to success in the market
Exceptional understanding of fundamental interaction design and usability principals for rich-client and browser based applications
Deep knowledge of user-centric design processes and methodologies
Demonstrated expertise in HTML, CSS, Java script - advantage
Expert level knowledge of Adobe graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator
