We are looking for an exceptional in-house lead designer who’s willing to overcome every challenge in order to make an impact on the world through design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build end-to-end interfaces and user experiences across mobile & web platforms.
- Create rich interfaces and animations for delightful experiences that build and lift the brand.
- Effectively communicate concepts and design ideas.
- Collaborate with our Product team to help define our product's strategy and goals.
- Stay on top of design industry best practices, design techniques and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in web & mobile design,
interaction, technology and usability.
- Experience designing iOS, Android, and Web interfaces.
- Ability to multi-task and manage workloads within a set timeline.
- Strong attention to details, organizational skills and ability to respond to the client's needs.
- A team player - being able to work closely with strategists, product managers and developers to create the best end user experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- A real people person with inclination to the human behavior and psychology
